The mission of Conflictus Review is to shed light upon the chronic issue of conflict that persists throughout our everyday lives. As editors, we believe it should be left to the artist to decide upon his or her own definition of conflict.
Art is most commonly viewed as the conveyance of emotion through creative design. While a void remains for the display of such individual expression about conflict, Conflictus Review strives to provide the medium necessary for such a presentation of art.
We make every effort to gather a wide range of writing and photographs that encompass and define conflict as it pertains to each individual’s personal experiences from which others can learn and grow. Although we seek submissions from all writers, we only accept excellence. Work published by Conflictus Review will not be published elsewhere. We accept Fiction, Non-fiction, and Poetry. Writing must be sincere, focused, edited, and applicable to the nature of this journal. Photographs must be genuine and provoke active and controversial thought.
Conflictus Review will display the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of the artist in the form of the written word and the photographic image, provoking discussion and debate among its readership.
